Humber College’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Competition

Sponsored by The Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, olive oil companies from the region of Calabria, Italy, and Humber College’s Rudolf Fischbacher, this event was a sumptuous experience. Executive chefs from some of Toronto’s top restaurants, along with chef Fischbacher, partook in a cooking competition, which involved using extra-virgin olive oil from Calabria. The event is in preparation for the international cooking finals in Italy, from November 13 – 18th, 2008. www.icif.com
