Looking for a fun and interactive way to shape up this summer?

Enter: Integrity Fitness. As an intensive training service that caters specifically to women, Integrity Fitness offers innovative programs that promise to have you looking and feeling fit in no time – as long as you stick to it! “It’s a fact,” says Integrity Fitness and Paul’s Boot Camp founder Paul Walker, “that over 80 per cent of all new fitness ventures end in failure and disappointment. If time is of the essence and leadership at a premium, make the right choice: save yourself time and get the most experienced professional.”

Providing over 100 indoor and outdoor boot camps, Integrity Fitness allows women to choose the method that best suits their workout style and personality. “I aim to restore confidence in my clients by helping them reach their goals,” says Walker, who was inspired to create his studio while visiting the fitness-savvy state of California.

Clients usually begin with a free assessment, where Walker helps them set reasonable goals and work on a timeline for reaching those achievements. “We incorporate cardiovascular, weight and circuit training,” says the avid athlete and former body builder. “Obviously, we use a personal trainer because you need the added motivation to come in regularly.”

From May to October, Integrity Fitness offers an outdoor boot camp, which has a mobile circuit studio set up in the great outdoors. With two convenient locations in Vaughan’s Boyd Park and in Oak Ridges, the boot camp is a great way to combine exercise and fresh air. “At the end of the summer, you actually feel like you did something worthwhile,” says Walker. “It’s an experience that helps you stay healthy, while enjoying nature!”

If the outdoors isn’t for you, Integrity Fitness also offers a stationery indoor boot camp at its studio in Vaughan. “A client’s success is determined by the leadership and experience of their current fitness professional,” says Walker. www.integrityfitness.ca 905.482.FITT

FITNESS & HEALTH TIPS

Everything comes through the mind and then goes through the body. The first step to get into shape is going in for a free assessment, where goals are based on a timeline. Cardiovascular, weight, and circuit training is then incorporated. To get the added motivation you need, a personal trainer is highly recommended. “It’s a simple cycle: set a goal, create a plan, execute that plan, and make yourself accountable,” says Paul Walker.
