Children’s Aid Foundation of York Region

Spotlight 2009 was held in Support of the Children’s Aid Foundation of York Region on Nov. 19th, 2009. York Region’s talented youth took the stage as well as featured guest, 17-year-old Daniel Panetta, who amazed the crowd with his vocals. It was a spectacular evening of talent at LeParc Banquet Hall as guests were entertained from reception right through to dinner by singers, dancers, musicians, circus acts, a Chinese auction, giveaways and much more. The evening honoured the founders of the Foundation, Peter Weston, Gordon Landon and Frank Scarpitti, mayor of Markham. www.cafdn.org
