Delivering the latest trends, tips and breakthroughs in health, beauty and lifestyle, over 200 exhibitors were on-hand to showcase wellness and beauty at the fifth annual LifeFest 2008. Many speakers, including former First Lady Margaret Trudeau, and her daughter-in-law Sophie Gregoire-Trudeau, told motivational stories to inspire listeners to achieve the life they desire. To kick off the event, the Red Dress Fashion Show featured survivors of heart disease all dressed in beautiful red dresses to promote the Heart and Stroke Foundation. www.lifefest.ca
